The builder of this villa in the Harz mountain area had checked our homepage for over 2 years and a little while ago he made contact with Mr Hellmann, than visited us at a project in Hannover to make a live contact with the ISORAST elements. Since that his plannings are in final phase and Mr. Hellmann visits the builder at his site…

Mr Hellmann did the complete planning for the building in accordence with the wishes that the builder had in mind. The building permit was given by the city´s building department and after checking with some compeditors he finally comes back to Mr. Hellmann to order the ISORAST building kid. End of July should be the beginning of the house….

...and than it starts!
