The earthworks are in process as this house has only a part basement of the complete building. Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann
Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann ...to do the earth works yourselve or hire a company is your own decission.Mr. Hellmann likes it very much if the builder is saving the money and tries to do as much as possible himself.
One of the bigger houses will come in place here and an architect has done the individual plan but Mr. Hellmann had to rewrite the plan with the Isorast masurment mathematic! He also did the static of the project for the builder. Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann
Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann The Isorast material was dilivered in the morning and the crew did a good job as in the evening the basement rooms are almost finished. Also a 2 car garage is next to the basement....
The next day the complete basement was cleaned, the walls were double checked for accurancy and the supports were fixed to the foundation! Isn´t that a nice view how staedy the walls are in place…just like playing with LEGO blocs. The basement is waiting for the concrete… Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann
Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann It´s no heavy work building a house with Isorast blocs but you get hungry anyway! At this project a kind of Catering Service was offered.Mr Hellmann has never had it before. He could choose from 5 diffent menues, like in a 5* hotel…
Now in the heat of the day the concrete finds ist way into the walls! It runs from the dry silo fresh into the walls using this thinn hose for easier handling… Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann
Die Villa als Passivhaus im Harz von Hellmann Mr. Hellmann provides all necessary tools needed to fill the walls as this work is a kind of heavier than putting the ISORAST elements together. A view helpinh hands make it better work out for everybody...
